We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Blankifycraft. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused condition: The product must not have been sublimated, engraved, printed, or otherwise altered.
- Original packaging: All original packaging, inserts, and protective materials must be intact and included.
- Resalable state: The item must be in the same condition you received it – no scratches, stains, fingerprints, or damage.
We inspect all returned items. If a returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom products: Any item that has been personalized, customized, or made to your specifications.
- Used consumables: Sublimation paper, transfer films, heat-resistant tape, silicone pads, and other consumables once opened or used.
- Clearance or final-sale items: Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
- Buyer’s responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (see below).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective in materials or workmanship, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right – at no cost to you.
Here’s what to do:
- Take clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item – including photos of the outer packaging if shipping damage is involved.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@BlankifyCraft.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will review your case and respond within 1-2 business days with a resolution – typically a replacement shipment or a full refund, including any return shipping costs we may ask you to incur.
Important: Failure to notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items may affect your eligibility for a free replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will send you an email confirming receipt and the outcome of the inspection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- The refund will be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account – typically 3-10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing for you.
Order Cancellations
- Before shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund. Contact us immediately at support@BlankifyCraft.com.
- After shipment: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after receiving the item, following the return process above.
Bulk and Wholesale Orders
Return and refund terms for wholesale orders may differ from this standard policy. Wholesale buyers should refer to their purchase agreement or contact us directly for applicable terms.
