We proudly ship to customers around the globe. Our primary target markets include:

  • Canada
  • European Union (all member states)
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Asia-Pacific and select other regions

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@BlankifyCraft.com for a custom shipping quote.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM UTC+8 typically ship the same or next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may extend to 3 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

International (Canada, EU, UK, Australia, and others)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination country and postal code
  • Selected shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL)

Transit time begins after your order is processed and shipped. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays due to customs processing, peak season volumes, weather events, or carrier service disruptions are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.


Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website using the link provided.

If your tracking number hasn’t updated in 5 business days, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by your destination country.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Blankifycraft does not collect or remit these fees and cannot predict their amount.
  • Please check with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing your order.
  • We do not mark merchandise values below actual purchase price or label items as “gifts” on customs forms – this is illegal.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  2. Contact us at support@BlankifyCraft.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, first check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office.
  • If still not found, contact us within 5 days of the delivery scan. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
  • Blankifycraft is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend providing a secure shipping address.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@BlankifyCraft.com. We can correct the address if the order has not yet shipped.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Combined and Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages from different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
  • We do not charge additional shipping fees for split shipments.
