1. What are sublimation blanks?

Sublimation blanks are specially coated products designed for dye-sublimation printing. Unlike regular items, our blanks feature a factory-applied polymer coating that bonds with sublimation ink under heat and pressure. The result is a vibrant, permanent, full-color image that won’t peel, crack, or fade. Our catalog includes aluminum photo panels, ceramic mugs, acrylic keychains, coasters, and much more – all ready to sublimate right out of the box.

2. What equipment do I need for sublimation?

To get started with sublimation, you’ll need:

A heat press – flat press for flat items, mug press for cylindrical items (or a combo press)
Sublimation printer – such as a converted精简 Epson EcoTank or a dedicated Sawgrass printer
Sublimation ink – specially formulated for your printer model
Sublimation paper – high-release transfer paper (we carry this too)
Heat-resistant tape – to secure your transfer in place
Blankifycraft blanks – because quality blanks make all the difference

3. Can I laser engrave your aluminum panels?

Yes – absolutely. Our aluminum photo panels and aluminum sheets are dual-purpose: they work beautifully for sublimation and are also excellent for laser engraving. The smooth white or brushed metal surface engraves with crisp contrast. Popular applications include personalized photo displays, commemorative plaques, pet memorials, and corporate awards. We also carry a wide range of laser-engravable materials – wood blanks, acrylic sheets, stainless steel tags, and leather pieces – specifically selected for diode and CO2 laser compatibility.

4. Are your sublimation blanks pre-coated?

Yes – every sublimation product in our store comes with a professional-grade polymer coating, factory-applied and quality-checked. You do not need to apply any additional coating or spray. Simply print your design onto sublimation paper, tape it to the blank, and press. The coating is engineered for optimal ink absorption, vivid color reproduction, and long-term durability.

5. What about product safety and food contact?

We take safety seriously. Key points:

Sublimation blanks: After sublimation, the image is permanently embedded in the polymer layer – there is no ink sitting on the surface. Cured sublimation is generally considered safe for indirect food contact.
Ceramic mugs: Our mugs use food-grade ceramic with coatings that meet FDA and EU food-contact standards.
Aluminum panels: Non-toxic and safe to handle. The coating is lead-free and phthalate-free.
Wood and leather products: Sourced from suppliers who comply with REACH and California Proposition 65 standards.

For items intended for direct food use (plates, bowls), we recommend a protective clear coat after sublimation and hand-washing only. If you have specific compliance requirements for your market, contact us and we’ll provide relevant certification documentation.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details.

7. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Retail orders: No MOQ. You can buy a single keychain, one coaster, or one mug – whatever you need to test a product or fulfill a small custom order.
Wholesale: MOQ varies by product. Bulk pricing typically starts at 50-100 units per SKU. Contact us at support@BlankifyCraft.com with your product list and quantity estimates, and we’ll prepare a wholesale quote.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Before shipment: Yes – contact us immediately at support@BlankifyCraft.com with your order number. We’ll cancel and issue a full refund.
After shipment: Once your order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return after receiving the package. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

9. Do you offer custom sizes or custom products?

Retail orders: We offer the sizes and product variants listed on our product pages. We do not offer custom sizing for individual retail purchases.
Wholesale and bulk orders: Yes – we can often accommodate custom dimensions, materials, and finishes for orders above certain quantities. Contact us with your specifications and we’ll check feasibility and pricing with our manufacturing partners.

Samples & Wholesale

10. Do you offer samples?

Yes. We encourage wholesale buyers to order retail samples before committing to bulk. Purchase any product from our store at the listed retail price to evaluate quality, coating performance, and compatibility with your equipment. For large wholesale inquiries, we may provide discounted sample kits – reach out to support@BlankifyCraft.com to discuss.

11. How do I inquire about wholesale or partnership opportunities?
