Our Origins
In 2019, Alexa Wei was helping a few craft friends source sublimation supplies from China—heat tape, transfer paper, the usual. The conversations always circled back to the same frustrating bottleneck: finding a decent, dependable blank that actually delivered consistent results.
It wasn’t the printer. It wasn’t the press. It was the mug with the uneven coating that ghosted on one side, or the metal panel that peeled under heat. A failed blank meant a wasted transfer sheet, wasted ink, and thirty minutes of press time gone. For growing makers and busy print shops alike, that costly waste was eating directly into their hard-earned profits.
